Pray for their home situations -- that their homes will be filled with love and encouragement, instead of hate. Pray for protection from abuse or emotional harm. Pray for supportive and loving parents to guide these children in their lives.

Pray for the interpersonal relationships in your classroom. May God develop life-long friendships and remove anger and quarrels from those who don't get along.

Pray that students will persevere, even in times of doubt and discouragement. Students may need extra help, so pray for the right mentors to come along side them and encourage them.

Pray against harm. Pray for God to remove thoughts of suicide or self-injury. Pray for God's protection of your classroom and school.
